Hey bud, I can help you fit those youtube videos, if you'd like.
Just adjust enter a smaller (proportionally correct) width and length on the embed HTML code.
If you don't know HTML code, just insert a place text such as, "Insert video here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!" above and below the video on the post, then toggle to "HTML" from "Compose" on the post to find the YouTube embed code.
Find the YouTube embed code and enter new values for width and length, making sure the proportions of the new values are either 480:360 (regular) or 640:360 (widescreen) in ratio. (e.g., entering 240 length, 180 width, or some other values that keep the same ratios.)
Toggle back to "Compose" and erase the place text. Be careful. Don't erase any code in HTML as that can mess up your post. Just change numerical values in the YouTube embed code. Blogger is sometimes buggy and you may need to redo this procedure if the video doesn't show up.
There are YouTube tutorials on how to embed video and adjust sizes on YouTube to show how to do that, but if you learn how, your embedded video will fit the post nicely.
If you want to see a nice example of a very sophisticated customized Blogger website, see one in progress at parklanduberalles.blogspot.com. It's not finished yet and is still in construction, but should give you an idea how to customize and make a very professional looking blog.
