Happy New Year

Spinalsurfer has moved into his new house and is continuing to build, decorate etc. This has not left a lot of time for surfing......but plans are a foot for a prolonged swell campaign soon....meanwhile I've rehoused my trusty steads.

First things first, I screwed in a big batten  and sunk it in with some lovely big raw plugs.

 I've had these table legs for years which screwed into the batten and then I covered them with plumbers foam....and used some carpet underlay to add some protection to the boards from the wood.

 Then I whazzed in a load of boards in any old order and used some carpet off cuts on the floor...... Sad getting old isn't it.
